By placing an order, you agree to the full Terms of Use.
Use of Course Content:
Prohibited actions include copying, distributing, selling, or sharing course content without explicit permission, constituting copyright infringement.
Downloading finger charts and backing tracks for personal use is allowed with proper attribution.
Access and Verification:
A printed page in the package contains login instructions and a personal verification code.
Users must undergo a verification process (name, phone, email, private code) to access the Group.
Account Restoration / Lost Access
If access is lost due to customer-related reasons (e.g. Facebook profile deletion, lost verification code, email change), account restoration requires manual work.
Restoration is free for 90 days from purchase. After 90 days, a $15 restoration fee applies.
Course Structure:
The course comprises self-paced video lessons.
Facebook Profile Requirement:
– A Facebook profile is necessary for lesson viewing and project participation.
– An anonymous account is acceptable for learning purposes.
Child Participation:
Children may use a parent’s Facebook profile under supervision, with parental responsibility.
Success and Guarantees:
Personal success depends on time investment and persistence; no guaranteed results.
Communication in the Group:
While not replying to every post, efforts will be made to stay updated on group activity.
Not Private Tutoring:
The setup is not a private tutoring setting, and inquiries about technical/customer support should be directed to the Facebook page or support email.
Age Limit:
To make a purchase independently, individuals must be at least 18 years old. Registration of a minor will be conducted by a parent or guardian, under the latter’s supervision and personal responsibility.
Group registration:
In the case of a purchase for multiple individuals, the primary purchaser remains solely responsible for the purchase and communication.
It is recommended to share the website and the Terms of Service with other participants before making a purchase.
TOS updates:
Play Tin Whistle (Raviv Stein) reserves the right to update or make changes to the Terms of Service as needed. It is the customer’s responsibility to remain informed and updated on any modifications.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy
1. Valid only for students registering in 2026.
2. Refund is for the course fee only (Tin whistles are not returnable).
3. Refund = price paid minus:
• Whistle: $14.90
• Shipping: US $8.90 / Worldwide $15.80
4. Guarantee is valid 30 days from purchase date.

5. Students must join the group & lessons to be eligible.
6. Guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original paying customer.
7. Fair Use: Refunds may be denied in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of community rules.
8. Refund Process: Provide invoice + written request to [email protected].
Refunds processed in 7–14 business days.
9. No Change to General Terms: These guarantee terms are an addition to our standard Terms & Conditions and do not alter or override them, except as stated here.

- A $8 cancellation fee will be charged (covering credit card fees and warehouse cancellation handling).
- Due to hygienic/sanitary aspects, the tin whistle, being a personal product for oral use, cannot be returned in any form.
Likewise, A customer will always get a brand-new instrument.
A returned tin whistle, previously handled by someone else, will not be provided to any customer. - The tin whistle and the course constitute a single product, with free course access included inside the package.
2. Unusual Return, Replacement, or Refund Cases:
- In exceptional situations, I will consider and work towards finding a suitable resolution for unusual return or refund cases.
Tin whistles will be replaced free of charge if they arrive with significant damage that affects playability or function, such as dents or breakage not caused by the customer.
Please note:
Minor cosmetic imperfections from the manufacturing process are possible and do not qualify for replacement, as they do not affect the instrument’s performance.
3. Customer-Initiated Returns:
- Customer-initiated returns, including refusal of delivery, do not entitle the customer to a refund.
- A $6.8 warehouse package acceptance and handling fee will be charged in this case.
- All customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the sole responsibility of the customer, and any payments made toward these charges are non-refundable.
4. Address Responsibility:
- Play Tin Whistle is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to the customer providing an incorrect shipping or billing address.
5. Discount Coupons:
- If you have a discount coupon, click on the input field at the top of the checkout page.
- After entering the code correctly, click “Apply,” and the price will be updated in the order summary.
- Coupons can only be used during checkout.
No refunds or credits will be given after the order if the coupon was not successfully applied.
Writing the coupon code in the order notes will not grant the discount (even retroactively). - If a customer is unable to apply the coupon and the discount is critical, they must contact support before completing the purchase.
6. Ending communication by Raviv:
- Raviv Stein reserves the right to fully refund the client and cancel the client’s membership at any time and for any reason.
Limitation of Liability
- Raviv Stein is not liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits.
- The client assumes full responsibility for the correct usage of provided resources.
- Raviv Stein cannot monitor every post in the Group.
- Posting external copyrighted content is the legal responsibility of the student who posted it.
- The student is responsible for compensating Raviv Stein for any damage caused by posted material, including legal expenses and lawsuits.
Time Limit for Course Access:
- There is no time limit for watching the course content and for membership in the Group.
- A reasonable commitment is guaranteed for a period of 12 months, within which the material will be available to the student, in the event of any changes in the operation of the business.

5. Content promoting products or services, whether directly or indirectly, is prohibited.
6. External teaching materials, links to teaching websites, or video lessons, even if self-made, should not be posted.
7. Prohibition of political or harmful content that defames or creates a negative environment in the Group.
8. Content that may harm any person, organization, business, or culture in any way, including emotionally, physically, or financially, is not allowed.
9. Contact the group administrator for permission before organizing, arranging, or initiating any organizational ideas regarding the Group.
10. Users are responsible for ensuring that the content they upload to the Group does not infringe on copyright.
11. All the above rules are also in effect for communication with the official Facebook page, including posts, comments, etc.
Members violating these rules may be removed from the Group & course without compensation or refund entitlement.
