Pricing Information:

• Total price is calculated in the top of the checkout according to product & plan.

Shipping Information:

• United States – Delivery Time: 1–4 business days.
• Worldwide – $9.70 USD. Delivery Time: 7–14 business days.

Order Notes:

• The “Order Notes” field during checkout is intended solely for delivery instructions and will only be read by delivery personnel.

Summary of Terms of Service:

• By placing an order, you agree to the full Terms of Use.

Use of Course Content:

• Copying, distributing, selling, sharing, or otherwise reproducing course content without explicit permission is prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement.
• Downloading finger charts and backing tracks for personal use is permitted when proper attribution is provided.

Access and Verification:

• A printed page included in the package contains login instructions and a personal verification code.
• Users must complete a verification process using their name, phone number, email address, and private verification code to access the Group.

Account Restoration / Lost Access:

• If access is lost due to customer-related reasons, including Facebook profile deletion, a lost verification code, or an email address change, account restoration may require manual processing.
• Account restoration is provided free of charge for 90 days from the purchase date.
• After 90 days, a $15 account restoration fee will apply.

Course Structure:

• The course consists of self-paced video lessons.

Facebook Profile Requirement:

• A Facebook profile is required for lesson viewing and participation in course-related activities.
• Anonymous Facebook accounts may be used for learning purposes.

Child Participation:

• Children may participate using a parent’s Facebook profile under parental supervision and responsibility.

Success and Guarantees:

• Individual success depends on personal effort, time investment, and persistence. No specific results are guaranteed.

Communication in the Group:

• While it may not be possible to respond to every post, reasonable efforts will be made to stay informed about group activity and discussions.

Not Private Tutoring:

• The course and community are not a private tutoring service.
• Questions regarding technical issues or customer support should be directed to the Facebook page or support email.

Age Limit:

• To make a purchase independently, individuals must be at least 18 years old.
• Registration of a minor must be completed by a parent or legal guardian under their supervision and personal responsibility.

Group Registration:

• For purchases made on behalf of multiple participants, the primary purchaser remains solely responsible for the purchase and all related communication.
• It is recommended that the purchaser share the website and Terms of Service with all participants before completing the purchase.

Terms of Service Updates:

• Play Tin Whistle (Raviv Stein) reserves the right to update, amend, or modify the Terms of Service at any time as needed.
• Customers are responsible for remaining informed of any updates or modifications.

• Valid only for students registering in 2026.
• Refund is for the full program 10 week course fee only (Tin whistles are not returnable).
• Refund equals the price paid minus: Whistle: $22, Shipping (our cost): US $8.90 / Worldwide $18.60.
• The guarantee is valid for 30 days from the purchase date.
• No cancellation fees will be applied.
• Active Effort: Students must join the group, watch lessons, and show a good-faith effort to be eligible.
• Non-refundable items: Tin whistle, shipping, Treasure Map Training, Jam Session Course, Celtic Library Vouchers / Tracks.
• The guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original paying customer.
• Fair Use: Refunds may be denied in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of community rules.
• Refund requests must include the invoice and a written request sent to [email protected]. Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
• These guarantee terms are an addition to the standard Terms & Conditions and do not alter or override them except as expressly stated herein.
• Eligible for one package/participant per order.
• Important: Initiating a return without prior approval will completely invalidate your guarantee. Furthermore, an additional $6.80 warehouse processing and handling fee will be charged.

Cancellation and Refund (outside of Celtic Shield Guarantee)

• Cancellation and refund requests before joining the group are only accepted before the package is shipped.
• An $8 cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card fees and warehouse cancellation handling.
• Due to hygienic and sanitary considerations, the tin whistle, being a personal product for oral use, cannot be returned in any form.
• Each customer will always receive a brand-new instrument.
• A returned tin whistle that has previously been handled by another customer will not be supplied to any customer.
• The tin whistle and the course constitute a single product, with free course access included within the package.

Unusual Return, Replacement, or Refund Cases:

• In exceptional situations, a suitable resolution may be considered for unusual return or refund requests.
• Tin whistles will be replaced free of charge if they arrive with significant damage affecting playability or functionality, such as dents or breakage not caused by the customer.
• Minor cosmetic imperfections resulting from the manufacturing process do not qualify for replacement, as they do not affect the instrument’s performance.

Customer-Initiated Returns:

• Customer-initiated returns, including refusal of delivery, do not entitle the customer to a refund.
• A $6.80 warehouse package acceptance and handling fee will be charged in such cases.
• All customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Refusal to pay these charges will be treated as a customer-initiated return. Any eligible refund may be reduced by applicable return shipping, customs, and handling fees, and the order will not qualify for our voluntary Money-Back Guarantee. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Address Responsibility:

• Play Tin Whistle is not responsible for additional expenses resulting from an incorrect shipping or billing address provided by the customer.

Discount Coupons:

• To use a discount coupon, enter the code in the designated field at the top of the checkout page and click “Apply”.
• The updated price will appear in the order summary after the coupon is successfully applied.
• Coupons may only be used during checkout.
• No refunds or credits will be issued if a coupon was not successfully applied before completing the order.
• Entering a coupon code in the order notes does not constitute redemption of the coupon and will not qualify for a discount.
• If applying the coupon is essential to the purchase, the customer must contact support before completing the order.

Ending Communication by Raviv:

• Raviv Stein reserves the right to issue a full refund and terminate a customer’s membership at any time and for any reason.

Refund & Cancellation — Subscription Plan:

• The monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time, no questions asked. (in your user area on our website.)
• The onboarding fee includes the first month’s fee.
• The Subscription Plan provides ongoing access to the Play Tin Whistle user area, Facebook community, and integrated course content for a recurring monthly fee of $8.70/month, following a one-time onboarding payment of $67. ($52 for course only)
• The onboarding payment covers the tin whistle instrument, shipping to your address, and your first month of community and course access.
• Monthly billing of $8.70 begins automatically after the first month and continues until cancelled.
• All general refund and cancellation terms apply to the one-time onboarding fee.

Onboarding Payment & What It Includes:

• The onboarding fee is a one-time payment covering three bundled components: the tin whistle instrument, shipping, and first-month community and course access.
• Payment is processed via Stripe or PayPal, according to the customer’s choice at checkout.
• By completing the onboarding purchase, the customer acknowledges that monthly recurring billing of $8.70 will begin automatically after the first month.

Recurring Billing:

• This is a subscription with automatic renewal. After the first month included in the onboarding fee, $8.70 will be charged each month automatically to the payment method provided at checkout.
• Charges will continue monthly until the customer actively cancels through the cancellation page.
• The customer will receive a reminder email before the first recurring charge is processed.
• Play Tin Whistle reserves the right to update the monthly subscription price. Customers will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days in advance via the email address on file. Continued use of the subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Cancellation:

• The customer may cancel the Subscription at any time by visiting the Cancellation Page in the User Area of the Play Tin Whistle website.
• No cancellation requests will be accepted via email, order notes, or any other channel.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. The customer retains full access to the community and course content through the last day of the paid period.
• The customer is solely responsible for manually leaving the community group. Cancelling the subscription does not automatically remove the customer from the group.
• If the customer remains in the group without an active paid subscription and does not leave manually, no refund or credit will be issued for any charges incurred during that period.
• No partial-month refunds are issued for unused days within a paid billing period.
• Monthly subscription payments are not refundable in any way.

Refund Policy for the Subscription Plan:

• The community and course access component of the onboarding fee is refundable within 30 days of purchase, provided the customer has not yet received the tin whistle and it has not yet been shipped.
• The tin whistle and shipping costs are non-refundable under all circumstances, as the whistle is a personal product for oral use and cannot be returned or resold.
• Refund requests for the access component must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date via the support contact page.
• Monthly subscription payments of $8.70 are non-refundable once charged.
• The customer’s remedy is cancellation, which stops future charges. Cancellation does not retroactively refund previously charged monthly fees.
• No refunds will be issued for failure to cancel before the next billing date.
• No refunds will be issued for forgetting to leave the community group after cancellation.
• No refunds will be issued for continued access to the group after cancellation without an active subscription.

Content Access:

• As long as the customer maintains an active paid subscription, they will have full access to the user area, course content, and community features available within their membership tier.
• Access is tied to active subscription status. If a payment fails or the subscription is cancelled, access will be suspended at the end of the last paid billing period.
• Play Tin Whistle reserves the right to update, modify, or expand course content and community features at any time.

Failed Payments:

• If a monthly payment fails, the customer will be notified via email.
• A retry will be attempted automatically.
• If payment cannot be collected after the retry period, the subscription will be suspended and access to the community and course content will be paused.
• The customer may reactivate the subscription by updating their payment method and settling any outstanding balance.

EU Customers — Additional Rights:

• Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the subscription contract within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided they have not accessed the digital content.
• By proceeding with the purchase and accessing the course or community immediately, the customer expressly consents to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is thereby waived in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
• EU customers are entitled to clear pre-contract information regarding the auto-renewal nature of the subscription.
• For EU customers, cancellation may also be submitted in writing to the support contact address. Confirmation of cancellation will be sent within 5 business days.
• These EU cancellation provisions apply only to the monthly subscription fee and do not apply to the initial $87 onboarding payment.

Ending the Relationship by Raviv:

• Raviv Stein reserves the right to cancel a customer’s subscription at any time and for any reason.
• In such cases, the customer will receive a pro-rated refund for any unused days remaining in the current paid billing period.

Damages and Responsibility:

• Raviv Stein is not liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits.
• The client assumes full responsibility for the correct usage of provided resources.
  
  

Taxes and import duties:
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Refusal to pay these charges will be treated as a customer-initiated return. Any eligible refund may be reduced by applicable return shipping, customs, and handling fees, and the order will not qualify for our voluntary Money-Back Guarantee. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Group Activity and Copyrighted Content:

• Raviv Stein cannot monitor every post in the Group.
• Posting external copyrighted content is the legal responsibility of the student who posted it.

Student’s Legal Responsibility:

• The student is responsible for compensating Raviv Stein for any damage caused by posted material, including legal expenses and lawsuits.

Time Limit for Course Access:

• There is no time limit for watching the course content and for membership in the Group.
• A reasonable commitment is guaranteed for a period of 12 months, during which the material will remain available to the student in the event of changes to the operation of the business.

Facebook Group Participation Rules:

• Participation in the Group is not mandatory.
• Basic computer skills are required for using the Group and course. While initial signup support is available, daily support is not provided.
• Civil and friendly conduct is expected within the Group, with a focus on keeping discussions relevant to music.
• Posting political content is not allowed.
• Content promoting products or services, whether directly or indirectly, is prohibited.
• External teaching materials, links to teaching websites, or video lessons, including self-created materials, may not be posted.
• Political or harmful content that defames others or creates a negative environment within the Group is prohibited.
• Content that may harm any person, organization, business, or culture in any way, including emotionally, physically, or financially, is not permitted.
• Members must contact the Group administrator and receive permission before organizing, arranging, or initiating any organizational ideas relating to the Group.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that any content uploaded to the Group does not infringe upon copyright or intellectual property rights.
• All of the above rules also apply to communication with the official Facebook page, including posts, comments, messages, and other interactions.
• Members who violate these rules may be removed from the Group and course without compensation or entitlement to a refund.
