Purchasing the whistle is not linked to access to the Facebook group, any course, or other content in the “Play Tin Whistle” project.
Once payment is made, the whistle becomes your personal property. You may trade or resell it, but not within the project’s community groups.
It is strictly forbidden to trade, sell, or share any learning materials or access to courses.
The whistle(s) ordered from this page do not include any lessons or educational content, unless clearly stated at the top of this page.
Refund Policy

1. Cancellation and Refund:

- Cancellation and refund requests are only accepted before the package is shipped.
- A $8 cancellation fee will be charged (covering credit card fees and warehouse cancellation handling).
- Due to hygienic/sanitary aspects, the tin whistle, being a personal product for oral use, cannot be returned in any form.
Likewise, A customer will always get a brand-new instrument.
A returned tin whistle, previously handled by someone else, will not be provided to any customer.
- Tin Whistles will be replaced free of charge if they arrive with significant damage that affects playabillity or function, such as dents or breakage not caused by the customer.
- Special cases and refund requests will be considered individually and personally.
- The tin whistle does not include any learn materials.
2. Customer-Initiated Returns:
- Customer-initiated returns, including refusal of delivery, do not entitle the customer to a refund.
- A $6.8 warehouse package acceptance and handling fee will be charged in this case.
4. Address Responsibility:
- Play Tin Whistle is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to the customer providing an incorrect shipping or billing address.
DO NOT check “Use a different billing option” at checkout. This can cause address mistakes that you will be responsible for.
5. Discount Coupons:
- If you have a discount coupon, click on the input field at the top of the checkout page.
- After entering the code correctly, click “Apply,” and the price will be updated in the order summary.
- Coupons can only be used during checkout.
No refunds or credits will be given after the order if the coupon was not successfully applied. - If a customer is unable to apply the coupon and the discount is critical, they must contact support before completing the purchase.
