Purchasing this product constitutes agreement to all terms on this page.
This whistle purchase is not connected to membership in the Facebook group or access to any course or content.
Once payment is completed, the whistle becomes your personal property. You may resell or trade it —
but not within the “Play Tin Whistle” community groups.You may not share or trade any learning content or course access under any circumstances.
The whistle(s) ordered through this page do not include any lessons or learning materials,
unless explicitly stated otherwise at the top of this page.
Refunds & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation and Refund:
- Cancellation and refund requests are only accepted before the package is shipped.
- A $8 cancellation fee will be charged (covering credit card fees and warehouse cancellation handling).
- Due to hygienic/sanitary aspects, the tin whistle, being a personal product for oral use,
cannot be returned in any form.
Likewise, A customer will always get a brand-new instrument.
A returned tin whistle, previously handled by someone else, will not be provided to any customer.
2. Unusual Return or Refund Cases:
Damaged or defective Items:
If the whistle arrives with a break or a significant defect
Not caused by the customer, it will be replaced.- The damages must be reported & photographed within 14 days of purchase.
- In exceptional situations, Raviv Stein will consider and work towards finding
a suitable resolution for unusual return or refund cases.
3. Customer-Initiated Returns:
- Customer-initiated returns, including refusal of delivery, do not entitle the customer to a refund.
- In this case, the customer will get the chance to get the whistle back, and will be requiered
to pay shipping + $6.8 warehouse package acceptance and handling fee.
4. Address Responsibility:
- Play Tin Whistle is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to the customer providing an incorrect \ incomplete
shipping or billing address.
6. Adjustment period:
Playing a new instrument takes time and adaptation.
If your sound doesn’t meet your expectations, it does not mean the whistle is defective.If a whistle is returned claiming it is defective (without visible damage or bending),
it will be collected and inspected.If the whistle is found to be fully functional,
the customer will be charged the following fees to get it back:$6.8 warehouse package acceptance and handling fee.
$25 for inspection.
Shipping back to the customer.
Limitation of Liability
Damages and Responsibility:
- Raviv Stein is not liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits.
- The client assumes full responsibility for the correct usage of provided resources.
- Student’s Legal Responsibility:
- The student is responsible for compensating Raviv Stein for any damage
caused by posted material, including legal expenses and lawsuits. - Customer must be at legal age to perform the purchase.
