Prohibited actions include copying, distributing, selling, or sharing course content without explicit permission, constituting copyright infringement.

Access and Verification

A printed page in the package contains login instructions and a personal verification code. Users must undergo a verification process (name, phone, email, private code) to access the Group.

Account Restoration / Lost Access

If access is lost due to customer-related reasons (e.g. Facebook profile deletion, lost verification code, email change), account restoration requires manual work. Restoration is free for 90 days from purchase. After 90 days, a $15 restoration fee applies.

Age Limit

 To make a purchase independently, individuals must be at least 18 years old. Registration of a minor will be conducted by a parent or guardian, under the latter’s supervision and personal responsibility.

Group registration

In the case of a purchase for multiple individuals, the primary purchaser remains solely responsible for the purchase and communication. It is recommended to share the website and the Terms of Service with other participants before making a purchase.

TOS updates

Play Tin Whistle (Raviv Stein) reserves the right to update or make changes to the Terms of Service as needed. It is the customer’s responsibility to remain informed and updated on any modifications. For complete details, please refer to the full Terms of Service document.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund requests are only accepted before the package is shipped.

A $8 cancellation fee will be charged (covering credit card fees and warehouse cancellation handling).
Due to hygienic/sanitary aspects, the tin whistle, being a personal product for oral use, cannot be returned in any form.
Likewise, A customer will always get a brand-new instrument.
A returned tin whistle, previously handled by someone else, will not be provided to any customer.
The tin whistle and the course constitute a single product, with free course access included inside the package.

2. Unusual Return, Replacement, or Refund Cases:

Please note Minor cosmetic imperfections from the manufacturing process are possible and do not qualify for replacement, as they do not affect the instrument’s performance.

3. Customer-Initiated Returns

Customer-initiated returns, including refusal of delivery, do not entitle the customer to a refund.
A $6.8 warehouse package acceptance and handling fee will be charged in this case.
All customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the sole responsibility of the customer, and any payments made toward these charges are non-refundable.

If you have a discount coupon, click on the input field at the top of the checkout page.
After entering the code correctly, click “Apply,” and the price will be updated in the order summary.
Coupons can only be used during checkout. No refunds or credits will be given after the order if the coupon was not successfully applied. Writing the coupon code in the order notes will not grant the discount (even retroactively).
If a customer is unable to apply the coupon and the discount is critical, they must contact support before completing the purchase.

Facebook group rules

1. Participation in the Group is not mandatory.
2. Basic computer skills are required for using the Group & course. While initial signup support is available, daily support is not provided.
3. Civil and friendly conduct is expected within the Group, with a focus on keeping discussions relevant to music.
4. Posting political content is not allowed.
5. Content promoting products or services, whether directly or indirectly, is prohibited.
6. External teaching materials, links to teaching websites, or video lessons, even if self-made, should not be posted.
7. Prohibition of political or harmful content that defames or creates a negative environment in the Group.
8. Content that may harm any person, organization, business, or culture in any way, including emotionally, physically, or financially, is not allowed.
9. Contact the group administrator for permission before organizing, arranging, or initiating any organizational ideas regarding the Group.
10. Users are responsible for ensuring that the content they upload to the Group does not infringe on copyright.
11. All the above rules are also in effect for communication with the official Facebook page, including posts, comments, etc.
Members violating these rules may be removed from the Group & course without compensation or refund entitlement.
